the rituals shower gels smelled so good and filled the whole room, i liked that. the location worked perfectly and the room's decor was really nice. i found disposable hygiene products in the bathroom, i was kinda surprised since these items aren't always included at hotels in this range.

the hallway carpet looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a while. it wasn't a big deal. but noticeable

The location was fantastic. I could walk to the metro, restaurants, and shops! the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. i appreciated being within walking distance to attractions, such as the arc de triomphe.

the air conditioning did not work, this made the room uncomfortably warm. i also noticed insects in the reception area which was not ideal.

the staff was helpful whenever i needed assistance , especially with directions. i found them responsive and quick to address any questions or requests i had. their support contributed positively to my experience.

My room had a comfortable bed and an ok area for storing luggage. It was a good space for one person. the room was clean upon arrival and adequately maintained . i slept well each night.

The hotel is in a central location near many metro stations, easy to get around. many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This added to the convenience. the area felt safe and accessible.

The breakfast included a good and tasty selection of items. I always found something i liked. the variety was adequate and everything seemed fresh. This was a positive start to each day. the dining area was clean.

The staff seemed very helpful to me. my room had a good amount of space. the bathroom included a great shower. I enjoyed it.

the air conditioning was not working. there were insects in the reception area, i noticed. the room window faced the sewer, and there were also insects outside.
